4/22 Challenge
Tabata day!!
Okay ladies, some are not familiar with Tabata, but it's alternating between short periods of rest and short periods of intense training.
This work out will take 10 minutes!
20 seconds of swimmers, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 4 times.
20 seconds of dirty dog, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 4 times.
20 seconds of side lunges, followed by 10 seconds rest. Repeat 4 times.
20 seconds of squats, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 4 times.
Rest 1 minute in between each different exercise.
