Can you have your water break without contractions? I was reaching for something last night and I got severe pain in my lower pelvis on the right side and now today I've been walking around noticing a lot of pressure in my lower pelvis. Feels like it's in my crotch. Then my underwear got all wet. I really don't know if it was pee, it didn't smell and it wasn't discharge because my underwear were clean, just wet. First time mom so idk what's happening. Can anyone help?
