Me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex but in on the depo shot.

I'm scared it hasn't worked because I keep feeling sick and getting pains anywhere below my belly button. It's really uncomfortable and it makes me want to cry.

I don't know what to do because if I take a test and it's positive then my life will be ruined and I'd have to get an abortion (which I totally disagree with but I wouldn't cops with a child).

Please can someone help me out :(
