Yes, it's totally normal. Some people just have a deeper pelvis for the baby to sit in a little bit further, so you won't show as quickly or as much as someone with a more shallow pelvis.

I was similar this was me at 20 weeks and only when I laid down was there a baby bump.

Everybody shows different. A lot of women don't show noticably until well in the second trimester. It depends on a lot of things like height, body type, how tight the stomach muscles are etc.  A lot of first time moms don't show until later, I showed much earlier the second time around than I did with my first even though she was a big baby.

You're super small to begin with so I would just say you're carrying low and it may be a boy! Once you're further you'll probably pop out
