Help on telling parents

Hey ladies

I am 22 and 7w and I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to tell parents..my parents are quite strict although I do not live with them and therefore do not financially depend on them...I am just really worried about how they will react...

Advice on when and how to tell parents and stories of telling and parents reactions welcome
