It's so clear that he's uninterested or just doesn't have the time. I text this guy that I had been talking to we haven't talked in a week so I text him to check up on him. It starts off normal like how are you but then I ask what happened where have you been, and I ask things like are you still interested and he completely disregards the question and talks about some thing else, so I had enough I said that I don't like being around the bush and if he's doesn't have enough time to talk to me then that's cool if just like to know so I'm not wasting my time, and he hasn't responded since last night, so I taking that as my answer to Leave him the hell alone. He seems to be busy  dealing with his life so I don't have time to start making changes to fit in to his I'm way to young to do that if he was red to see me, talk to me etc he'd make the time but obviously he isn't. Just wanted to share with you guys my enlightening moment.
