I had this same issue with my last pregnancy and also this one. It generally indicates that your blood pressure is going low, which is completely normal due to blood flow restrictions due to your baby growing and hormones. My doctor recommend getting a bp machine for at home to keep track daily of your bp and then let your doctor know. Also, if it ever gets bad enough to where you are going to faint or actually do faint, call your doctor ASAP. And keep drinking LOTS of water. 😊
