Just need some reassurance

hey, so this past wednesday after going to the bathroom i wiped and saw bright red blood, it only happened that one time but it scared me so i went to the er and they did an ultrasound and baby was alive and had a heartbeat of 127 but im supposed to be 7 weeks and baby only measured at 6 weeks 1 day should i worry？

also had 2 miscarriages before this one, just wondering if any of you had a similar story and baby turned out to be fine
