Why Do I Say Things?

I just can't seem to say things that other people aren't annoyed by. I just wish that I could shut the fuck up. I just feel stupid and angry and sad.

Well be honest with yourself: are the things you say offensive? Or are you just having general, harmless conversation? Do you pay attention to how others react to you to gauge whether or not they're interested? Do you do more talking or listening? What do you usually talk about? Sometimes it can simply be that you're around the wrong people who don't understand and appreciate you, or it can be that you have to take a step back and evaluate how to better get along with others. Don't put yourself down like that. Just be honest with yourself and do some thinking. Are the people in your life good for you? If you feel that way, there's an issue. :/ I'm sorry, they might not be the nicest people.
