37w1d pregnant and I am sooo done. Just got a vaginal exam done yesterday and the baby hasn't dropped and my cervix is still completely closed. Any tips on how to get things moving along? I'm sooo uncomfortable and I'm having a really hard time breathing because the baby is all up in my ribs and I have really bad asthma. ))),: I can't even sleep anymore. I am literally walking around like a zombie and can barely stay awake to take care of my 3 year old. I need some relief. Even if I can just get the baby to drop a little bit. Helpppppp
