Sperm Analysis Help?!!

Honestly, you should wait and see your medical specialist about this instead of posting. You'll just end up getting all worked up.
Not only did i have a low ovarian reseve, but my husband's numbers were way worse than this, we were told IVF was our only option, so the doc decided first to put us on different supplement to help both of us and we were able to get pregnant 3 months later naturally. I'm now 3 weeks till my due date.
 Keep in mind that unlike our eggs, sperm goes through a cycle so you can most likely fix whatever is wrong.

I would discuss with your doctor. While his numbers look not so great (only speaking because they are similar to what my husbands were)... We had two SAs done.. About 5 months apart... Not great.. Mainly low motility (under 30%) and bad morphology. But sperm regenerates every 90days. We went in for our IUI Sunday (about 2mos from our last SA) before the wash his motility was 70%!!! And after was 90!!! We were shocked but so happy! So it can change just keep watching it. Good Luck! Keep positive (I know it's hard)

Where do guys get sperm analysis done? Do most general practitioners do them or do you have to see a specialist?

My husband has his analysis today - I'd love to know how to read the results! What should we be looking for?

It's bad. Very very low count. Sorry. He should definitely have a repeat analysis done. Your doctor might suggest meds or moving straight to ivf

His sperm has some morphology issues and possibility genetic. I had to look up what acrosome defect was. He can improve his sperm with vitimins, water, exercise and getting plenty of sleep. Good luck!

The hubs had his follow up today with his sperm analysis and it turns out that he has varicocele...he has been prescribed vitamins & has recommended surgery to fix this vein...after that his count and mobility should improve...🙏🏼
