I have been trying to conceive for 20 long tiring months, with 1 miscarriage at 18months. Before the miscarriage we saw a fertility specialist who said I needed to have a hycosy.

You have to ring the clinic on the first day of your period to book the appt which I did on Monday & it has to be done within 16 days of ur cycle starting. The lady said they were v busy & literally just managed to squeeze me in on day 16. You are not allowed to have sex from now until the procedure. This is alien to me as we have been dtd all the time to try & get pregnant. Sadly I am due to ovulate the day of the procedure so I am going to miss my crucial babymaking time this month😢😢😢😢.

I feel soooo sad. Anyone had a hycosy?
