Ever since the weather started to get warmer, I've dealt with sinus headaches and dizziness and because of those nausea has hit!

What are some remedies / meds that have worked for Y'all?!

I just started benedryl last night which helped to ease the symptoms and get some much needed sleep but don't want to take during the day as I have too much to do along with be with my kiddos. Midwife approved sudafed, benedryl and Claritin but I'd love to know what's working for everyone ❤❤
