Hard spot?

I'm 13 weeks and I just notice a hard spot in my lower abdomen more on right side of body. Is this normal doesn't hurt

Normal. As for the medical specifics I have no idea if it's the uterus or baby leaning or what but I woke up to one the other day and immediately remembered the feeling from my first pregnancy.
