I have gestational diabetes along with high blood pressure. I have to get my blood and urine checked weekly, but I suppose my last set of labwork didn't come back favorably, so I was set home with this collection test. I've done it before, of course. This is my 3rd pregnancy.

What I'm worried about is my massive amount of urine output. In less than 24 hours, I have filled TWO 3-liter jugs, and have to call my doctor to see if she wants me to pick another one up. (The test ends in two hours, but I pee a lot.)

Did any other moms do this test and have such a massive output as well?

I am aware of what diabetes insipidus is, but I don't drink so much out of thirst, I drink so much because I am very well aware what happens during pregnancy when your body is dehydrated.

I just hope I don't have another medical issue they'll want to add to my list.
