Breastfed baby not pooping often?

Tomorrow will be 1 week since she has pooped.. I heard its normal but it still worries me!!

My baby girl was pooping normally for a week and abruptly stopped. Now will go every 2-3 days and it is kind of a pastey consistency. Saw the pediatrician today and she suggested 1oz water with 5ml of prune juice twice a day. We gave her the 1st dose when we got home and had 2 poopy diapers with the 2nd being more watery.

My pediatrician says breastfed can go 2-4 days with out pooping but if she goes more then that to call them. We had gone 3 so I called and they said to have her do bisycle legs and try taking her rectal temperature to get things going. I did the legs and she pooped within 30 minutes!!

The most mine has gone without popping is 26 hours. He usually poops every feeding. 1 week seems like a long time. You can call the doctor?

My son does the same thing nd he is breastfed as well I put up a similar post.. Ppl were telling me it's normal cause breast milk has nothing but nutrition in it... But just to be on the safe side imma gunna talk to his doctor about it .. He doesn't show any signs of discomfort so in guessing it normal
