I see pics of all your babies smiling. He only does it when he's sleeping sometimes, but he doesn't smile at people... I'm kinda worried. He looks at us and makes eye contact but with the statistics of autism so high I can't help but worry about the different signs, i,know he's just a baby but sometimes you can notice things in babies that aren't normal. He kind of smiled once out of the blue and i got a pic of that but I'll talk to him and smile and he'll just look at me. Not,like some of your babies who are smiling at you all the time
