Right at 21 weeks... 31 now and they are starting to get painful :/

I'm on my 4th and I started them at around 11 weeks with this one.

At my first u/s,m this week being 12 weeks the u/s tech said I was having a BH contraction and we saw my uterus contracting but she said it's pretty normal throughout the WHOLE pregnancy. My doctor called me today & said everything looked good.
