I'm feeling a little hurt. My husband just told me that his parents offered to take HIM, just him, out to dinner during the first week after our baby is born, so that he can "get away and decompress." I asked him if he would WANT to go out to dinner with them, leaving me and the baby at home and he said no way. I'm hurt that they would even suggest that. I mean... What the hell? Am I overreacting?
