TMI🍑 pain during/after fingering

So during sex I find that everything feels great except when I'm getting fingered. It hurts. Almost like a scratch but we've trimmed his nails and it still hurts 10-15 minutes after. Actual sex does not hurt. It feels sore and really uncomfortable deep inside. Anyone experience this?
