please help asap!!!

i had sex in january and i was really scared. i took a test and it came back negative. im on the depo shot and have gotten my period every month since except for this month. i just got mt second depo shot so could this just be depo finally stopping my period? and if im nauseus and having bad cramps could it just be the depo since i just got it?
