Should i be concerned?

I am 34 weeks & 5 days pregnant today (4-22-16) I got his approximate measurements back. He is 4lbs 6oz & in the 17% percentile. The OB said that was low. Is this something I should be worried about?! My son is my world I want his growth to be alright.

Yeah, ultrasounds can be really off. They thought I was going to have a 12 pound baby for my first, then at my final appt they said 8 pounds for sure...then she was born at 7 pounds (barely). She also measured larger than average in ultrasounds so much that they changed the due date based on it, and she came at the normal time. Second one has been the same way! Measuring larger than nornal, and they changed the due date, so I'm not holding my breath and you shouldn't either!! Plus, you still have 4 weeks to go technically. Your baby will probably grow a lot during that time. Just be sure to eat a lot and eat healthy! :)

I'm sure if there was anything to be worried about your doctor would've informed you. Ultrasounds are sometimes pretty far off on measurements. If your pregnancy has been healthy up until now I would try not to sweat it. :) maybe you'll just have a small baby!
