I know this is totally unrelated to TTC, periods, birth control, but I saw a post about Vegans and how everyone feels so much better without consuming meat and animal products.
In the most LIGHTLY explained way possible, can you tell me the reasons for going vegan?
I have never considered it until literally ten minutes ago. I'd like to also know how to go about it as someone who has eaten animal products their whole life and hadn't considered it until now.
How should I start? What will I feel like after starting? Is it worth it?
