Pill or shot?

Question

So I'm going to be getting on birth control. I was talking to a few people and some suggested the pill, some the shot. Can you give me opinions? What should I go on? I want to control my acne and also protect me from getting pregnant, (obvi.) what do you think I should do?

The pill was terrible for me but the shot worked amazing. Difference with either is the pill with periods is very regular, if you have the patience the shot takes a little bit for some peope, some don't get periods at me (I haven't). If you are terrible at remembering to take a pill at the exact time everyday, then I suggest the shot. If not then the pill. But always remember it's very different for everybody so what might work for some might not work for you

If you want to help with acne I suggest the pill. The shot does nothing but mess with your cycle anyways. I was on it for only one shot and I was a hormonal mess, along with after I wanted to change birth control it took me months to get a period again.
