I have not had a period in over 8 months and 2 weeks after I started taking this in capsule form I ovulated! I didn't get pregnant this cycle but just to have a period and know I ovulated is a huge victory for me. I think it works :) it tastes terrible though!!

I take this in capsule form. My periods were super irregular. Almost 40 day cycles. Now they are 30 day cycles. I barely bleed during my period. I just wear a panty liner. It has also helped with my cm. It's really great.

Just started taking because my Dr recommended it as something I can do naturally for my low progesterone. Haven't had any side effects or anything. But it definitely has given me more energy and I was also told that I can take it throughout my pregnancy if I choose too.

Just started taking pill form this cycle I have noticed more energy but I just started tracking everything so I am not sure yet if its helping me but I trust the research and know it will happen for me too. GL!

I started today put it on my meal. How many times should i use it a day? Once ? Twice? I had an ectopic pregnancy in feb resulting to removing my left tube and feel like i wanna start trying again.
