When is a good time to have a shower?

I didn't have a shower with my first. When is a good time?

I'm doing mines at 29 weeks. Early because I'm a moody mama and I know I won't wanna deal with any one any later in my pregnancy lol

I want to do mine sometime between 28 and 34 weeks. Summer here is miserable and I don't want to be too big to enjoy myself. Plus I'd like to have lots of time to put the gifts away, I have a bad back and I know it'll take me a while.

If you google it there's lots of articles and opinions. I started registering today and I'm glad I did bc they said some stuff could take 5-7 weeks to get in. I want to have everything set up and ready by like 35-36 weeks just in case so I would have the shower when you are like 7 months or so. But that's me. That way if you need to reorder something or finish out the registry yourself there's still time to get everything in :)

My mom is planning ours for the end of June...I'll be about 30 weeks. My mom felt like August was too close to my due date, and didn't want to do it in July because so many people go away on the weekends.

Summer where I live is brutal so I'm prob doing mine a little earlier than norm, I'll be about 28weeks, but I don't want people to not be comfortable due to heat (110+ degrees in July/August) but to each their own.
