When do you receive your first ultrasound?

Do you receive your first ultrasound at your first prenatal appointment? (8 week check up)
This is my first and I'm hoping to receive one to check up on my lil bean to ease my anxiety.

My first one they just told me how my insurance works with the whole thing and things that are informational wise ( due date, how far along I am, all that too ). My second one they scheduled my ultrasound and all of that, and that's when I got mine the second one.

Depends on the office. Doctors don't do the ultrasounds so if there is a tech on site you might get one :) if not you'll have to schedule when a tech is available. But you might get to hear the heart beat! Which is thee coolest thing- I think it's better than the ultrasound! Love hearing my little beans healthy beat!
