Looks like your mucus plug. I just had a chunk like this on my toilet paper but with spots of blood. More blood than the mucus. I'm a second time mom and I've never had my mucus plug come out (I was overdue and had to be induced) so I called L & D earlier and they told me to put on a pad. That to come in if I continue bleeding/gets heavier or I fill the pad or if I start having painful contractions that I can't talk through or walk through (it'll feel like your baby is balled up and your stomach will feel extremely tight) or of course if my water breaks. I'll be 37 weeks on Tuesday.

Just make sure you have everything you may need for you and the baby. With my first I lost my plug in pieces. Got a memebrane sweep because she was overdue. My doctor scheduled for me to get induced a week after my last appt. But I ended up going into labor three days before my induction date. My water broke on its own and that was a week after I lost my mucus plug and got my membrane sweep. Are you having any contractions that is coming back to back and last for over a minute?
