When do hcg levels rise?

I posted my first test yesterday, everyone agreed it was positive, which I agree also. I took another one this morning and the line is pretty much the same. I was just wondering when the hcg levels will rise so that I get a strong positive. I want to call the docor Monday but are these tests strong enough to call them?

Hcg  levels  double  every  48-60  hours , so   don't  stressout  or work about  these  tests .  They look great .  If you  want  to  watch  the  progression , make  sure  you  try and use  the same  type  of  test  and  take  it  at  the  same  time  of  day . Try again tomorrow with fmu should start getting darker but I would defo say that's a positive xxx
