I used it halfway through the month and I conceived immideatly and it was only my second month over all trying I havnt lost the baby I know some people who have after taking it

I would not suggest taking vitex unless you have irregular cycles. Vitex is only meant to balance the hormones but at certain parts of a woman's cycle the hormones are naturally unbalanced and taking vitex when you have a Heath condition that you aren't aware of could make things much worse for you. Do not use this unless you know for sure you are not estrogen dominate or progesterone dominate as doing so will make things much worse. Also if you are taking vitex and you find out you are pregnant do not abruptly stop taking it as it can cause a drop in progesterone and lead to a miscarriage amongst other complications. I would really talk to a health care provider before using vitex as they might be able to suggest something better. Vitex is not just something that should taken lightly as it can and does have many ill effects on the body. Talk to your doctor before use as it can throw your cycle completely out of Whack and make it even harder to conceive.
