Is there vegan mama out there? I tried vegan diet for 4 months last year. However, I started to eat meat again this year. Since my eczema getting worse while im pregnant, i consider going back to vegan diet. I remember my skin was super glowing when i eat plants!
My questions are:
1. Do you need extra b12? I got b12 on prenatal vit already.
2. Do you need iron supplement?
3. What other supplement that you use during pregnancy? Ovega-3 maybe?
My nurse mention to get iron supplement but not b12 tho. Im confused now.
