Tmi but need advice

Is it normal to have bleeding from pooping too hard? I just had a rough poop and there was bleeding and I think it was vaginal and I'm freaking out. It wasn't a hole bunch but I haven't had any bleeding down there since I found out I was pregnant and I don't want to jump the gun but I'm scared of losing the baby now. I plan on checking again in a half hour or so to see if it's still bleeding.
