Pregnancy Test Confusion

I had a miscarriage in December and was devastated my fiancé and I started trying again in February and this past Thursday (1st day my period was due)I got a BFP on 3 different tests (A line test and 2 different digital)!!  I called my doctors office and they scheduled me for bloodwork every 48 hours to make sure my levels keep going up as they should..they called me yesterday and told be my levels were 23 and said prob just early into pregnancy and they want them to double each time. I went today for blood work but won't hear anything until Monday as it is the weekend. I tested this am and got a positive and then decided to re test this afternoon and got a negative so I took a digital and it said not pregnant. What does this mean ?? Am I or not? Super frustrated and worried. These digital tests are from Thursday and the line test is from this am.
