How do I build a stash?

I need help... I started pumping a week before returning to work and I pump while at work when I'm not with LO but I'm running out of milk.. how do I pump when I'm home.. like I feed him so when can I pump without taking from baby? ... how can I build a stash?

Don't worry so much about taking a little away from baby. If he wants more he'll nurse a little more and your supply will go up. On a similar note, give him a little bit less food during the day. It's really easy to overfeed a bottle fed baby - only put a couple ounces in each bottle, look up paced feeding. If he doesn't get all he wants during the day he'll nurse longer once you get home and again that's how you get your supply to go up.
