Acne Means Pregnant with a Girl??

I have always had problems with my skin but after I got pregnant with my son my skin cleared up and I haven't had problems since. However, now that I'm pregnant again I have had terrible acne on the left side of my face only. Does anyone else have this problem? And did anyone that had a girl have acne versus clear skin with a boy?? Or did women that had a boy have problems with their skin too??
