Plan B bleeding.

I took plan B on the 9th of this month as a precaution since the condom slipped off inside of me during sex. 3 days later I bled for about two days. I'm a few days before my next period and I'm already bleeding again a little bit. Like very light when I wipe after the bathroom. Could it be my period or still spotting from the plan b? Ever since we've been more careful with how much lube we use with condoms (what made it slip off) and also been using the Today Sponge on my non ovulating and non fertile days along with pulling out.
