Registry help

I am starting to think about making a registry but I have NO clue where to start!  If you have. A product that you LOVE can you please share?   We don't know the gender yet and we have a small house so I am thinking of products that have multiple uses. I may not even do a crib right away!  I plan on breastfeeding and I most definitely want one of those baby wrap carriers.  Any advice is appreciated!! Thank you!!
