Opk question

I had a 70 day cycle ending with the help of Provera! Now I'm on cycle 2 and currently CD 11 (or CD 12 if you count the tiny bit of spotting the day before AF came) I've taken mucinex today and yesterday for allergies but did notice watery CM this morning and a little EWCM two days ago (before mucinex). Anyways, I took the first picture last night, and the middle picture was like maybe 5 minutes after I dipped it in the urine. The last one is from about 10-15 minutes after taking it. My question is, how long after taking an opk test can you look at it as valid? Am I getting close to ovulating?
