Relationship question

So, one of my coworkers is getting a divorce and his reasoning is because she drinks, does drugs, doesn't clean, doesn't take care of the two kids and has a hard time keeping a job. Since he told me about the issues I've been thinking about my marriage. (I've been married for 3 years. My coworkers been married for 6.) I'm just trying to figure out what I should do. My husband doesn't work, he doesn't clean but, he is a great father to our 2 year old son. Now, just recently he won't have sex with me. I've tried to 3 days in a row and he just keeps saying he's too tired... yet he doesn't do anything. I just need some advise I guess..
