Help!

I have been on the pill for about 7 months. Me and my boyfriend always use condoms. But two nights ago we didn't have one so we done it without. He didn't get off inside me, he pulled out a few seconds before he got off. I'm a really nervous person. So of course I'm freaking out. Could I be pregnant? I should start my period in about three or four days. Help!!
