My guess would be no, you're temp looks pretty steady throughout the cycle. I would track for a few cycles and see if there's a pattern. If your charts look like that every month I would talk to your doctor about it.

Hard to tell without seeing the first half.  It is possible you ovulated earlier than glow thought and these temps are your second phase temps.

If your temps are the same from the start of the month i would say you havent ovulated yet.  Are you taking temps while still in bed?  I can get a good phase shift on a chart when i take my temp in thr bathroom after getting up.  Most people though need to take it before they move around.
