Twins! But please read i need advice

So woke from a nap today with some spotting pink and brown. Went into the ER and spent 5 hours there. They did two ultrasounds and discovered there's not one baby, but twins! Were beyond excited. However I'm only 5 weeks 3 days and they can see both babies but only detect one heart beat. I call my obgyn tomorrow to follow up. My first appointment is at 7 weeks 3 days so praying we get that second heartbeat. Has anyone else been in this situation before?
