So does anyone else end up putting on two pairs of underwear sometimes during your period?

Sometimes I'll have the heaviest and longest pads but I still leak through during the night and get my sheets or shorts or whatever I'm wearing. I feel more secure with 2 pairs on cause I don't get my sheets.

I have never tried that before, but if it works then I just may have to try it. I have the same problem, I always leak at night so I have been setting my alarm to wake me up twice a night while on my period so I can go change and clean up. 
I have been using HUGE pads, they are about an inch shy of being a damn diaper, lol. They seem to be holding up well.

I double pad and double underwear because my flow is so ridiculously heavy...I can bleed through a pad in 30-45 minutes ...doubling up saves me undies and embarrassments

During night i wear very tight brown panties and above that 2 red panties and then red colour pj pant and above i wear a bra and a camisole over my pj.During day i wear same very tight brown colour panties with pad and 2 other panties and then a boyshort panty above those and always very long skirt. And above a bra and 2-3 camisole. During normal days a very tight panty and tight panty over that and a boyshort with jeans or skirt, and above a bra and 2-3 camisole then a top.
