How to thank the fertility clinic?

Hello everyone! 
I survived infertility and got pregnant after 3 years of trying. 
Now that my baby is born I would love to thank the staff of the fertility clinic for their work and constant encouragement. 
Do you have ideas what - apart from a baby-thank-you-card - I could do/buy to show my gratitude?

A gift would be nice, but even just a heartfelt sincere thank you card letting them know they have changed your life and you are so grateful would go a long way

I was thinking of cupcakes, a birth announcement card and possible visit with my twins. This is a great post. Of all people, I am so grateful to my RE and the wonderful nurses that helped me through such a difficult time.

My first RE's office kept telling me the best thing they like to receive is a visit from the baby once he/she is born. And they all lit up when we brought our daughter in. I'm sure you've already thought of this, but it really does seem like the best gift! Who doesn't love a cute little baby visiting them at work?!

I'm trying to think of something too. Everyone was absolutely amazing at the clinic I went to and I actually miss seeing them.

Cookie delivery or some type of treats the clinic can share.  I also sent the baby announcement card with a very heartfelt letter of appreciation.
