Losing Weight
All my BS numbers have been great for the 2 weeks I've testing, on the diet for 3 weeks (controlled carbs). I feel like I've been constantly eating, at least 2000 calories a day over 100g of protein, but I'm losing weight! Down from 189 to 180 this morning and I'm 5'8. I feel like I can't possibly eat more and anything that will make me gain weight (carbs, ice cream, etc) will spike my blood sugar 😕. Anyone else?
