Hi all. I was a runner before I became pregnant. I ran around 15-20 miles per week. I'll be doing a 10 mile run this weekend. Any other runners out there have suggestions about running races during their second trimester? I've read that as long as you ran pre pregnancy you should be fine. But still doesn't set my nerves at ease. My biggest concern is my heart rate.
