I've been off the Nuva Ring for 3 months now (TTC) and I've had a very subtle back pain and slight twinges in my abdomen for a few days. Today is my 19th day (of a super regular 28 day cycle) and it's supposed to be after my ovulation day. But I feel like I have slight period symptoms (back and stomach) and I just wonder could I be pregnant? Or could it be a late ovulation? I normally have little to zero symptoms during ovulation.
