Will your baby start on solids at 6 months actual or adjusted age?

My little guy is a 34wker, we started him on solids at 4 months. We started with sweet potatoes and I make all my own baby food. The first month was not a lot of interest and just getting the idea. Now at 5&1/2 months he really enjoys it, has solids twice a day and is showing interest in finger foods.

Our neonatoligist has said to start between 4-6 months corrected age. I will try at around 5 months if she can sit up properly beacuse i dont want more choking incidents
