To say the least our last Dr apt was very educational for my 3 year old haha he couldn't understand why the Dr had this "cool toy" on the counter and why he couldn't just touch it haha he then noticed the poster and said it was cool but he liked the toy better lol

😂🙈 My son is almost 3 and at one of my appointments he kept asking what the "light" was for. I kept blowing his question off, but he didn't give up. I finally told him the doctor uses it to look at peepees.... I figured he was bound to find out at one of my appointments anyway and I might as well be honest. He thought about it for a minute and then says... "To look at penises?!?" "He uses it to look at penises mumma??" 🙈 he kept asking very loudly and I know people on the other side of the door had to of heard him! Now at all my prenatal appointments since then he always talks about the light that is used to look at penises!

My 3 y/o son was playing with a plastic (DISPLAY ONLY) speculum in our last visit! Haha! Made me giggle! 
They don't know what it's for, it's harmless, not like they have ever used that one, or ever will in a woman... & it's there for people to touch. The nurses and my midwife said so themselves.

Awwww he sounds so cute, kids are very curious its a good thing tho. But let me share a funny story since we in the topic of private lady areas. I once went into a dressing room to try something on, and a little boy peeped into my room. I got so scared, but paid him no mind since he looked and ran away ( they were curtains, not doors where they lock once you close em.) . Then I guess his mom went into the dressing room next door and her son was in there as well, because all I heard was " mommy i like your titis . " 😭😭😭 I tried not to laugh so loud while the mother yelled at her son to stop it. So yes little boys are more hilarious to me, the things they say and do are so hilarious.
