EWCM AFTER OVULATION?

Help! Positive ovulation test on the 17th ( well I thought it was positive) pictures below. Then today I have globs of white mucus and some stretchy egg white mucos.. I took and ovulation test today, and it was negative. 
 s that normal? Did I actually ovulate at all?

A positive OPK only detects an LH surge. A surge happens PRIOR to ovulation. It has taken me 7 months to actually figure this out.. The release of your egg actually occurs 12-36 hours after your positive LH surge. I'm not exactly sure when the releases in accordance to EWCM glob. I, too, have been looking for this answer, but no one ever replies to me on here. I'll have to try to do some more research! Best advice here is to BD once you get close to positive all the way until EWCM glob! And maybe get one more day in after that if you can!

I had the exact same Google search this morning!  
I had my positive OPK on Thursday, and we BD that night. I had lower abdominal discomfort Friday morning and assumed I ovulated then.  Friday afternoon, I had a huge blob of EWCM. I'm not sure if it was really mine,  or left over semen, but usually I only get leftover discharge right in the morning after BD. Saturday I didn't really notice anything significant, but then Sunday I had what I think was a small amount of EWCM. Today is creamy/ sticky.  I have no idea. I tell myself I won't think about it,  but I can't help myself!
